  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Orange County Roller Skates reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Shipping
    Most orders of in stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement by UPS Ground.  Shipping usually takes 3-8 business days. UPS does not deliver to a PO BOX. If you must ship to a PO BOX we will send it but it will require a signature. Note: Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday, national holidays or a major skate event will not ship until the next business day. Please call us if this is an urgently needed order.

     Return / Exchange Policy

    We hope that you have ordered the correct item the first time.  If your order is incorrect and not as you ordered it, please email us at info@ocrollerskates.com or call us at 714-788-1790 so we may correct the error.  If it was our mistake, we will fix it at no extra charge to you. If you made a mistake or you would like to change your order you will be responsible for shipping charges but we will help you get the item you would like.

    You must contact us no later than 2 weeks after delivery and all exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging and no signs of wear.  Once we receive the item we will credit your card less the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. There will not be a restocking charge on exchanges.

    Special/Custom orders and Clearance/Sale/Close-out items may not be returned for credit, but we will try helping you with an exchange if at all possible. 

    Please email or call us for instructions BEFORE returning the skates. Your return can not be accepted without prior approval.
